I have held Chair, CEO, COO and CFO positions, and led regulated institutions through growth, transformation and successful M&A, always with a focus on strong governance and long-term stakeholder value.
I am passionate about helping businesses scale responsibly, building high-performing boards and aligning commercial outcomes with purpose. I believe deeply in Kinbrook’s model of backing regional excellence with national investment. As Chair, I work closely with the leadership team to guide long-term strategy, ensure robust oversight and support the sustainable growth of our national network.
With more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles across consumer, technology and professional services, I have had the privilege of leading teams across the UK, Europe, North America and globally. With more than 20 years’ experience leading growth, marketing, communications and strategy across the professional services sector, including accountancy, legal and consulting, I have worked with firms across the US and Europe. I am passionate about helping organisations grow through clarity of strategy, trusted relationships and high-performing teams.
As Kinbrook’s Chief Growth Officer, I lead our efforts to drive strategic growth across the Group. I am proud to work alongside exceptional colleagues to build a bold, collaborative and people-first business with regional strength and national impact.
As a Chartered Accountant with nearly a decade of M&A experience across Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and Corporate Development, I am passionate about helping professional services businesses grow and evolve. I have supported high-quality organisations in achieving their strategic ambitions and most recently played a key role in building one of the UK’s largest wealth management firms.
At Kinbrook, I work closely with our hubs to shape the Group’s corporate development agenda, supporting targeted M&A and long-term value creation for our clients, our people and our shareholders.
With four decades of experience advising businesses across a wide range of sectors, I bring both strategic perspective and commercial insight to my role as Chairman of the Beavis Morgan Group, including Moorfields Advisory. I focus on supporting entrepreneurial businesses through corporate finance, growth strategy and solving complex challenges.
As both an investor and advisor, I have seen the value of pragmatic, long-term guidance in helping organisations realise their potential. Being part of Kinbrook enables us to scale our capabilities nationally while preserving the agility and client-first mindset that define our firms.
